Can my clients get online access to the platform?
Your clients can register for access to our online Customer Centre, which allows them to:
- Instantly view all their accounts and investments in one convenient place, using their computer, tablet or mobile device
- Print valuation statements and account information, or save as a PDF document
- Request a one-off withdrawal up to £75,000 and regular withdrawals online for ISA and Collective Investment Accounts held in one individual’s name
- Top up their CRA, ISA and CIA accounts, including Junior ISAs on which they are listed as guardian
- Access performance information, details of money paid in and out of their accounts, plus a transaction history
- Switch and redirect their fund choice*
- Choose to receive their account documentation online to reduce the amount of paperwork they get through the post.
- Access the Quilter customer mobile app, so all their Quilter platform investments are instantly available at their fingertips.
* Clients are prompted to speak to their financial adviser before carrying out a fund switch.
