Quilter has been re-accredited as a STEP Platinum Employer Partner

We are pleased to have retained our status as a STEP Platinum Employer Partner.

STEP is a global professional body for practitioners who help families plan for their futures.

A potential STEP Employer Partner must meet the exacting standards of their partnership programme to show commitment to developing the skills and talents of their employees. There are currently 90 Employer Partners across 435 offices worldwide with Platinum being the highest accreditation level.

The Platinum accreditation recognises Quilter's continued dedication to providing colleagues with the best possible development and progression opportunities.

STEP was particularly impressed with how Quilter has:

  • linked learning and development activity to business strategy
  • modernised learning at Quilter over the last three years and embedded digital
  • implemented leadership programmes and other development opportunities.
