• Enter – enter parts 1 and 2 or your Unlock Codes when prompted. You will also need your National Insurance Number or Quilter account number to hand to match with your Quilter investments.
• Verify – as an extra security measure we will send you a pin code to your mobile and email to complete your registration.
• Secure – your account with your phone biometrics (if your phone has this function).

• Enter – have your UK driving licence or UK passport to hand. We will use these to help verify your identity.

Yes, your login and data are exactly the same for both the app and the online Customer Centre. When you change details on one (including your password) it will be reflected on the other.

If you have already registered for the online Customer Centre, then you can log into the app with the same username and password.

To change your telephone number, please log into the online Customer Centre and select "My details", then "Security details".
