Acceptable ID

There are situations when we will ask you to provide documents for identification.

Certified copies

We can accept certified copies of most documents if you do not wish to post the originals.

A Power of Attorney (POA) is someone chosen by you to make decisions and manage money on your behalf.

Release of Information

We can speak to a third party on your behalf, for example a friend, family member or solicitor.
