I worry about my English language skills

If English is not your best language you may prefer not to have to use the phone to contact us.

That’s fine, there are lots of ways to get in touch with us.

Get in touch:

  • If you have a family-member or friend who you would like to speak on your behalf you can give us permission to talk to them. This can be for the phone call, or more permanent. Look at the Release of Information page for more on how to do this.
  • If you have not already registered for online access have a look at how to do it on the Online Service page. When you log in you are able to find copies of all your statements and other correspondence, keep track of your investment and make sure we have all your details up to date.
  • We also have a mobile app which is available for android and iPhone, you can find out more about it on our mobile app page.

If you prefer to write to us with questions about your investments you can email our customer service centre and as well answers we can send you any forms you might need.
