My client has over paid tax on their pension, how will this be repaid?

If your client takes any further payments from their pension it is possible that any overpaid tax will be added to those future payments. HMRC will be able to confirm exactly how your client will receive any rebates due.

If your client does not take any further payments, then contact HMRC who can help arrange the payments of any rebates they are due.
