Have you considered the importance of estate planning?

Many people don’t realise that inheritance tax (IHT) can apply once your estate goes over £325,000, although some people may also benefit from an additional residence nil rate band when passing on a home to direct descendants. This includes property, money, investments, and everyday belongings, and from April 2027, unused pension savings may also form part of your estate for inheritance tax. This can affect how much of your wealth is ultimately passed on to the people who matter most.

Estate planning helps ensure your wishes are followed and that as much of your estate as possible passes to the people you choose. However, the rules around inheritance tax can be complex and lots of people don’t understand how allowances apply or what their tax position will be.

That’s where I can help. I can help you to get a clear picture of the value of your taxable estate, explore ways to manage or reduce any tax liability and put a long-term plan in place that fits your goals and circumstances.

If you’d like to take control of your legacy, let’s talk about how I can support you.

Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning

  • The Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute develops core technical and initial financial planning understanding.

With a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII) and a background in marketing and internal communications, I draw on skills in listening and explaining complex matters clearly — qualities that guide how I work with clients today. I provide holistic financial planning across retirement, investments, protecting what matters, planning for family and future generations, and long-term cashflow modelling.

I understand life can be unpredictable, and finances can feel overwhelming, especially during periods of change. I am trained in professional approaches that help clients who may need extra guidance or reassurance, and I bring this awareness to every interaction.
I stay fully engaged with industry developments and legislative changes, ensuring advice is current, accurate, and tailored to each client’s circumstances. Building long-term relationships is at the heart of my approach, taking the time to understand your goals and aspirations so I can provide personalised solutions.

I live in southeast London with my husband and our two children. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, staying active with yoga and Pilates. I’m also setting my sights on becoming confident on the golf course this year!

For me, financial planning is about the people behind the decisions. I focus on understanding your individual circumstances and helping you make choices with clarity, building strategies that provide confidence today and security for the future.
I take a practical, transparent approach, always recommending solutions I would trust for my own family. Every plan is designed around your individual circumstances, helping you feel confident and in control of your financial journey.
