A little bit about Muad

I work with clients who want to turn their income and existing assets into long-term wealth and a sustainable retirement. My focus is on helping clients map out a clear path to the future they envision, using thoughtful planning and well-structured strategies that balance opportunity, risk, and personal goals.

As a financial adviser with Quilter Financial Advisers, I provide advice across investments, pensions, retirement, estate planning, and protection, helping clients navigate financial markets with clarity and confidence. I focus on cutting through the noise of headlines, making the right moves, avoiding costly mistakes, and creating long-term plans that work. I also take the time to understand each client’s personal values, ensuring investments align with ethical considerations so goals can be achieved without compromising what matters most.

Have you considered the importance of estate planning?

Many people don’t realise that inheritance tax (IHT) can apply once your estate goes over £325,000, although some people may also benefit from an additional residence nil rate band when passing on a home to direct descendants. This includes property, money, investments, and everyday belongings, and from April 2027, unused pension savings may also form part of your estate for inheritance tax. This can affect how much of your wealth is ultimately passed on to the people who matter most.

Estate planning helps ensure your wishes are followed and that as much of your estate as possible passes to the people you choose. However, the rules around inheritance tax can be complex and lots of people don’t understand how allowances apply or what their tax position will be.

That’s where I can help. I can help you to get a clear picture of the value of your taxable estate, explore ways to manage or reduce any tax liability and put a long-term plan in place that fits your goals and circumstances.

If you’d like to take control of your legacy, let’s talk about how I can support you.

Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning

  • The Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute develops core technical and initial financial planning understanding.

I live in London and have over seven years’ experience in financial services across a range of client-focused and relationship management roles. My career has allowed me to build a strong understanding of markets and develop the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, practical and tailored way.

I hold the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, a Master’s in Management (Financial Services) from Imperial College London, and a degree in Political Economy from City, University of London. My academic background gives me a good understanding of how global markets, policy, and economic trends influence personal finances and investment choices.

Above all, I have a deep-rooted belief that offering financial advice is a trust, a responsibility and a privilege.

Outside work, I’m an avid football and Arsenal fan (which has certainly developed my patience). I play football most weekends and enjoy long, reflective walks with a good coffee!
