I have more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, delivering face-to-face advice and building long-term relationships with my clients.

Through my diploma in financial planning and my experience gained through advising to date, I have developed expertise in retirement planning, tax efficient investments, Inheritance Tax planning, mortgages, protection, and equity release.

Over the past 13 years I have built up extensive knowledge of public sector pensions, specifically helping medical professionals and local government workers.

My passion is to leave you with a real sense of adding value to your finances, be that from investing for your future, protecting yourself, or your loved ones, buying your first property, moving home, or releasing equity from your property. I aim to understand where you are now and where you want to be in time, implementing tailored and affordable solutions that will help realize your financial ambitions.

*Equity release will reduce the value of your estate and can affect your eligibility for means-tested benefits.

What is cashflow modelling?

It’s the unknown that makes planning for the future difficult. Your life is full of lots of choices that can impact your financial situation. So how can you look all the way ahead to your later life with any kind of certainty?

This is where cashflow modelling comes in. Essentially, it’s a tool used by advisers like me to get an idea of how your financial future could look. I put in lots of data about you and your financial circumstances, and that lets me predict what could happen, and compare different scenarios against each other.

It means we can do things like: see whether you can afford to gift your grandchildren money towards their education, gauge whether your finances will last you into retirement, or understand whether you need to make some changes to achieve your goals.

Let me know if you think cashflow modelling could help you.
