A little bit about Lisa

I've always been fascinated by people's stories - where they've come from, what they want from life and how a good plan can help turn those ambitions into reality. I combine the analytical thinking developed over 30 years in tax, finance and project delivery with a warm, approachable style.

I provide financial planning for professionals, business owners and families dividing my time between Hampshire and London.

Coming into a sum of money can be exciting and overwhelming at the same time, especially if it’s sudden or unexpected. And while you’re trying to process all the emotions involved, you’ll probably have to make some important financial decisions as well.

Whether you’ve received an inheritance, a windfall, or a lump sum from work, having an adviser to help guide you and make a sensible plan can take away some of the stress and worry so you can focus on the benefits.

I can help you understand all the different options available to you, taking advantage of any allowances so your money works as tax-efficiently as possible.

I can also help you adjust your financial plans or make completely new ones by showing you how the choices you make today could impact your future.

Together, we can put your money to work in a way that helps you feel confident about the future.

Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning

  • The Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning from the Chartered Insurance Institute develops core technical and initial financial planning understanding.

I believe good financial planning isn't just about money - it's about giving you the confidence, freedom and peace of mind to live the life you want.
After spending more than 30 years working across finance, tax consultancy and project delivery, I realised the part of my career I enjoyed most wasn't simply solving complex problems—it was helping people think about their future and creating a plan to help them achieve it. Becoming a financial adviser allowed me to combine my technical experience with something I genuinely care about—helping people build the future they want.

The best part of my role is getting to know my clients. Everyone has their own story, ambitions and concerns, and I believe good financial planning starts with understanding the life you've built, where you'd like to go next and what matters most to you. My role isn't simply to recommend financial products—it's to help you make informed decisions that support the life you want to live.

People usually come to me because they want clarity and reassurance. They may be building wealth, planning for retirement, running a business, wanting to make their investments work harder or simply wondering whether they're making the best financial decisions. Others want to make the most of available tax allowances, organise finances that have become increasingly complex or ensure their wealth is passed on efficiently to future generations. Whatever your circumstances, my aim is to simplify the complex and provide clear, practical advice that's tailored to your goals.

Outside work, you'll usually find me at the gym, hiking, sailing or planning my next adventure. Having spent many years living and working in London, I've built a wonderfully diverse network of friends and professional contacts from all walks of life. More recently I've been putting down roots in Hampshire, where I'm enjoying becoming part of the local community through my gym, sailing, volunteering and an ever-growing circle of friends. When I'm not working, I'm happiest spending time with my partner and our miniature dachshund, exploring the countryside and sharing good food and wine with friends.

Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me. Choosing a financial adviser is an important decision, and I hope this has given you a sense of who I am and how I work. If you're looking for someone who will take the time to understand what's important to you, explain things clearly and support you over the long term, I'd love the opportunity to meet you.
