AUM discounts on fund and portfolio pricing

Following the good news we shared with you in March announcing a reduction in the charges that investors will pay for the Cirilium and Cirilium Blend Portfolios, we are pleased to announce that from 1 July 2023 a further discount will be applied when Quilter Investors funds and portfolios reach a certain threshold of assets under management (AUM).

The move will see a discount of up to 0.05% applied to the fixed ongoing charge of the funds and portfolios when the AUM reaches £3bn. The discounts will begin to be applied when a fund or portfolio reaches more than £750m AUM in the following structure:

This further discount will see the fixed ongoing charge of the Quilter Investors Cirilium Moderate Portfolio R (GBP) Acc reduce by 0.04% down to 0.99% (based on the current AUM). The Cirilium Balanced, Cirilium Dynamic, Cirilium Moderate Blend, and Cirilium Balanced Blend Portfolios will also have a smaller discount applied along with the Cirilium Moderate Passive Portfolio, Cirilium Balanced Passive Portfolio, and Absolute Return Bond Fund.

The discount is available to all share classes of Quilter Investors funds and portfolios domiciled in the UK, except for the Quilter Investors Global Dynamic Equity Fund and the Quilter Cheviot Global Income and Growth Fund at this time. These funds operate different charging structure with existing discount provisions.
