| Current objective & investment policy | To seek to achieve asset growth through investment in a well-diversified portfolio of equity securities of issuers in the Emerging Markets or of issuers established outside of the Emerging Markets, which have a predominant proportion of their assets or business operations in the Emerging Markets and which are listed, traded or dealt in on a Regulated Market worldwide. The fund takes sustainability risk and ESG characteristics into account as part of its selection process. “Emerging Markets” includes (i) those countries included in the MSCI Frontier Markets Index; (ii) those countries included in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index; and (iii) those countries listed by the World Bank as low, lower-middle or upper-middle income countries. |
