How do I generate regular review and contributions statements?

This step-by-step summary explains how to generate regular review and regular contribution statements. This is also known as an ad hoc statement or a quarterly statement. It includes information on current investments and cash awaiting investment.

What you’ll need to get started

  • The name of the client and the investments you want the statement for.
  • The date range you’d like the statement to reflect.

How do I

1. From the Homepage, locate the client using the ‘Search’ facility.

2. Click on the ‘Create reports’ quick link button and choose ‘Regular statement’

3. Select the client account to include in the report and confirm whether to include ‘Costs and charges’ and select the required date range.

  • Once you click ‘Generate’ the valuation regular statement will appear at the bottom of the screen. This may take up to a minute to generate.
  • The statement will include details of your client’s portfolio summary, investment overview any additional information and transaction details.
  • You can download your report to save it locally or re-access your report from the ‘Documents’ tab on the ‘Client’s dashboard’.

2. Select the account from within the ‘Accounts’ tab at the bottom of the ‘Client dashboard’.

3. Click on the ‘Create reports’ quick link button at the top of the ‘Account dashboard’ and choose ‘Contribution statement’.

4. Select the date range and click ‘Generate’.

  • Details of all payments into the account within the chosen date range will be displayed.
  • You can re-access your report from the ‘Documents’ tab on the client’s account dashboard.
