These enhancements will help you to further promote the essential role your adviser firm plays in supporting your clients’ investments held with Quilter.

Adding a logo to client correspondence: Step-by-step
  1. In this short video we will demonstrate the new enhancements we have made to brand visibility functionality, including allowing you to choose to add your firm logo to client correspondence on the Quilter Platform. Helping to further promote the essential role your adviser firm plays in supporting your clients’ investments held with Quilter.
  2. These changes can be made by a master user by selecting from the platform homepage, ‘System Admin’ in the top right corner of the webpage and ‘Brand Visibility icon’.
  3. Via the ‘App controls’ tab, we have now extended brand visibility functionality to Online Customer Centre as well as the Quilter App, giving you the option to include your firm and contact details on the customer portal screens. This preference can be toggled on or off within this tab.
  4. Through the ‘Logo’ tab, you can now choose to include a firm logo to appear on client correspondence - including Regular and ad-hoc statements, valuations, and tax certificates.
  5. By selecting ‘browse’, you can search your documents for the required logo. We recommend using jpg, jpeg or svg logo files. Using a png file may result in document production issues.
  6. Following the successful upload of a firm logo, a ‘Preview’ option is available that provides an example document of how the logo shall appear on client correspondence.
  7. Once viewed, you can then continue using the ‘Publish’ option or return to the upload screen by choosing the ‘cancel’ option.
  8. Once the ‘publish’ option has been selected, you shall be asked to confirm the publication of your logo by accepting our Terms of use. Once accepted, the successful upload of your logo will be confirmed.
