When is the right time to invest?
There’s always a degree of uncertainty when it comes to investing, so it’s natural for some people to feel nervous about it.
When the news is reporting stock market volatility, it’s understandable that some people might feel more cautious about investing. But including investments in your long-term financial plan is a smart way to give your money the best chance to grow.
Keeping money in cash might feel like a safe option, and having some money easily available is a sensible decision. But too much cash could end up costing you more because of inflation’s ability to eat away at the value of your savings. For example, when £10,000 is invested it can grow by 78% over 30 years, but if it was kept in a current account its value could actually reduce by 59%*.
There are lots of options when it comes to investing, and I’m here to guide you through them. I can help you decide things like which risk level is right for you, what types of investments to use to maximise your tax efficiency, and how to create an investment plan tailored to your circumstances and goals. I can also show you how different investment approaches could impact your finances over the long term.
If you’re thinking about how investing today can help create the life you want in the future, let’s talk about how I can support and guide you through the process.
The value of investments and the income they produce can fall as well as rise. You may get back less than you invested.
Tax treatment varies according to individual circumstances and is subject to change

Will has provided us with some really helpful advice across a range of topics and services.
He took the time to listen and understand our goals and approach to finances. His advice was knowledgeable and targeted to our situation. He was patient in answering our questions and explaining some of the concepts.
We both feel much better equipped to make decisions about our finances and have a much better understanding of the range of savings and investment options available to us.

Following a change in personal circumstances I wanted to explore my options for financial investments. I had only spoken to, and used a financial adviser once in the past, so it was not something I was particularly knowledgeable or overly comfortable with.
Fortunately, Will was recommended to me. All the way from the introductory meeting, to ascertaining my goals and commitment levels, to presenting a plan - I found Will a breath of fresh air. There was no obligation, even after all the time he had spent putting two plans together for me, he was transparent from the get-go. After agreeing on a plan, he kept me updated right through the application process, explaining the need for due diligence and making sure the plan was the right one for me.
It’s daunting when you’re starting off with a financial commitment, I’m not a high earner or have excess money put aside, but Will managed to help me make an informed and confident decision, that best suited my circumstances.
I imagine you would be in safe hands dealing with Will whatever your level of investment, but I can strongly recommend him if you are in a position like myself, where you are new to it and just want what you do have to work as hard for your future as possible.

Thank you so much for providing clarity. The pension options had been worrying me for quite some time. I now feel better prepared to plan for the future. Thanks for being easy to talk to and happy to explain any queries.
