My background spans over 30 years in advertising, marketing and early-stage companies, working with organisations ranging from household names to start-ups. Throughout my career I've helped people make informed decisions, build successful businesses and plan strategically for the future.
Having spent three decades running teams and advising commercial clients, I understand the financial decisions people face beyond the textbook. I've experienced the realities of building wealth, managing risk, investing for growth, borrowing, employing people and planning for the long term. That commercial perspective helps me relate to clients' financial objectives in a practical, real-world way.
A life-changing personal event also reinforced for me just how important financial security can be during life's most challenging moments. It prompted me to retrain as a financial adviser so I could help individuals and families build, protect and pass on their wealth with confidence.
My aim is to provide straightforward, evidence-based advice that is tailored to each client's goals and circumstances. Whether that's planning for retirement, investing tax-efficiently, protecting a family's financial future or passing wealth to the next generation, I want clients to feel informed, supported and confident that their financial affairs are working as hard as they are.
I hold the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and have been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority. I also hold a 2:1 honours degree in Russian Language and Literature from Oxford University.
Outside of work I have two daughters and live on the edge of Ashdown Forest with my wife and, Rouble, our fox red labrador. In my spare time I enjoy travel, property, gardening, most sports, open water swimming and marathon running.
