My journey into financial planning was shaped by a career in stockbroking and investment management since 2006 across both Australia and the UK.
Having qualified as a financial adviser twice- in Australia and again in the UK, I am a Chartered Member of the CISI and hold a Level 6 qualification in Private Client Investment Advice and Management.
Why I do what I do
I moved into financial planning because I saw too many hardworking people, especially those in the higher and additional tax brackets, losing a huge portion of their hard-earned income to tax traps, struggle to make sense of financial markets and retiring into a highly complex pension system.
I believe good advice isn't just about picking the right products, and ticking boxes, but providing a highly personalised service through a collaborative journey and a relationship based on trust. I aim to help you keep more of what you earn, invest well, gain clarity on the purpose of your money and have the confidence to know your family finances are secure.
Areas where I can lend a hand
- RSU & Equity Comp Strategy: Helping you make sense of the 60% tax trap, NI impacts and diversification benefits at vesting
- Retirement Planning: Turning years of hard work into a clear, tax-efficient plan for the future.
- Investment Management: Providing institutional grade investment capability through Quilter's suite of products and services.
- Strategy Foundations: Helping you visualise your wealth through cash flow modelling and stress testing your portfolio through all kinds of market conditions, ensuring your plan remains on track.
- Protecting What’s Important: Ensuring your lifestyle, income and your family’s home are protected, no matter the weather.
Outside of work, I’m an Aussie expat with 2 children. We’ve found a great home here in Twickenham, and on the weekends, I’m usually found behind the BBQ, at the rugby ground, playing guitar, or on the hunt for good coffee.
