I am a Financial Adviser with Quilter Financial Advisers, working with individuals, families, business owners and self-employed professionals to help organise their financial lives and make informed decisions about their future.
My approach is straightforward. I begin by getting to know you, understanding your priorities, aspirations and concerns before discussing any financial products or recommendations. Together, we build a practical financial plan designed around your goals, and I help you adapt that plan as your circumstances change over time.
I advise clients across a wide range of areas, including investments, retirement planning, pensions, income protection, business protection and inheritance planning. Whether you are investing for the future, approaching retirement, protecting your family or navigating a financial windfall, I aim to provide clear guidance and long-term confidence.
I hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS).
Before becoming a financial adviser, I worked as a Parliamentary Researcher in the House of Commons, and subsequently, in Markets at the Bank of England. These experiences have informed my understanding of the global economy and the importance of thoughtful, evidence-based decision making.
I work particularly well with people who have a long-term perspective, from young professionals taking their first steps into investing, to families approaching retirement, and individuals who have come into money unexpectedly and want to make considered decisions rather than rushed ones. I also enjoy working with self-employed professionals, who often have complex financial needs and benefit significantly from structured planning.
I have a particular understanding of both the military community and the creative professions, recognising the unique financial challenges and opportunities faced by each group.
Originally from the South West, I now divide my time between Dorset and London. Outside work, I am an Army Reservist, and a professional Tenor. I also dabble in jazz piano and endurance sports, though rarely at the same time.
