Spend wisely and save smartly

June can be one of the best months of the year with summer well and truly on the way. But with all those holidays, weddings, anniversaries, and other spending, it can also be one of the most expensive too.

While you should be focusing on the present, it’s also important to be aware of how major outlays now can have a significant impact on your financial security in later life. A cashflow model can give you a clear picture of the consequences your spending and saving can have on your future.

It’s also good to know about the ways you can use your tax-free allowances wisely on certain expenditures. For example, your gifting allowances can let you pass on up to £3,000 a year to your loved ones without it being added to the value of your estate.*

Together, we can make a plan to help you live your life to the full now, while still having the retirement you want later on.

Hi, I’m Jingjing - a Financial Adviser who believes your money should serve your life, not the other way around. For years, I worked in corporate finance, advising on billion-pound deals and complex audits at KPMG. But what truly motivated me wasn’t the numbers. It was the people behind them. That’s why I’ve chosen to become a Financial Adviser at Quilter Financial Advisers. I want to help individuals and families, not just corporations, to navigate their financial futures with the same rigour and care.

I am a Chartered Accountant (ACA), hold the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, and am a Diploma member of the Personal Finance Society (DipPFS), with further expertise in ESG Investing (CFA). My approach is simple: to listen carefully, to empathise deeply, and to plan thoughtfully. I am here to protect your interests with integrity and to build a plan that reflects who you are and where you want to be.

I offer specialist advice across:

  • Pensions & Retirement Planning
  • Investments & Savings
  • Inheritance Tax & Estate Planning
  • Life Insurance & Financial Protection
  • Tax-Efficient Strategies
  • Bespoke Financial Planning

Outside of work, I enjoy teaching mathematics, playing the piano, travelling around the world, and staying active through golf and scuba diving. If you're looking for an adviser who sees you, not just your portfolio, I would be honoured to help. Let’s build your plan - together.
