With the start of a new tax year, now is a great moment to take a little bit of time to get your finances in order and look ahead to the next 12 months and beyond.

I can help you take a fresh look at your finances and put a plan in place to help your money work hard for you over the next year. This can include ensuring that you’re maximising your new tax-free savings and gifting allowances.

We can also consider any important updates to your circumstances, such as a pay rise or promotion, or changes to your family.

Now is also a good time to review your longer-term goals and check in on your retirement savings. A cashflow model is an excellent way to do this as it can help to show how on track you are, if you need to make any adjustments, and the positive impact that even a few small changes made today can have on your finances over the long term.

Diploma in Investment Advice

  • The Diploma in Investment Advice provides a sound grounding in UK financial services and consumer relationships, including exchange traded futures and options and financial protection.

My approach is centred on you. I believe outstanding financial advice comes from combining deep technical expertise with a genuinely personal, client-focused service. From our first conversation through every stage of your journey, I make myself available to ensure you feel supported, informed, and confident in the decisions you’re making.

I began my career in financial services in 2014 after completing a Master’s degree in Financial and Applied Economics at the University of Nottingham. I went on to gain extensive investment experience, spending three years as a Fund Manager Assistant within the Multi-Asset team at Schroders, before joining Sarasin & Partners as an Investment Manager and Implementation Analyst within their Portfolio Management team.

Alongside my professional experience, I hold multiple industry qualifications, including the Investment Management Certificate and the Diploma in Investment Advice (Financial Planning & Advice). I am also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) candidate, having passed the comprehensive Level I exam at the first attempt.

What truly sets my approach apart is my focus on understanding you. I also hold a Level 2 qualification in Counselling Skills, which enhances my ability to listen carefully, understand your goals, values, and concerns, and translate them into clear, practical advice and a robust financial plan tailored to your life.

Outside of my day to day work I enjoy bringing people together, whether that’s a BBQ on a hot summers day or other various community meetups and events. I enjoy playing and watching football and I also serve in my community church.
