A little bit about Emma

I am a fully qualified financial planner looking to help clients reach their goals and aspirations through the various stages of life. I am dedicated to removing the complexity in the industry by taking the time to explain difficult concepts, supporting clients with decision-making, and providing a personal ongoing service.

Whether it’s looking at protection for individuals or businesses to provide peace of mind if things go wrong, saving towards a specific purpose, or applying for a mortgage, I understand the importance of specifying the right product for the right client.

What is cashflow modelling?

It’s the unknown that makes planning for the future difficult. Your life is full of lots of choices that can impact your financial situation. So how can you look all the way ahead to your later life with any kind of certainty?

This is where cashflow modelling comes in. Essentially, it’s a tool used by advisers like me to get an idea of how your financial future could look. I put in lots of data about you and your financial circumstances, and that lets me predict what could happen, and compare different scenarios against each other.

It means we can do things like: see whether you can afford to gift your grandchildren money towards their education, gauge whether your finances will last you into retirement, or understand whether you need to make some changes to achieve your goals.

Let me know if you think cashflow modelling could help you.
