Charity Network
Our Charity Network is shaped by the charities we work with. Instead of setting the agenda ourselves, we listen to our partners and build activities around what they tell us they need.
Training webinars are created directly from their feedback, whether that’s support with digital skills, social media or financial education during moments like Global Money Week. This means every session is practical, relevant and grounded in real challenges charities face.
We take the same approach with roundtables. When members ask for space to discuss issues such as investment, governance or regulation, we bring them together to share insight and support. We also invite suggestions on topics and speakers, so each session delivers genuine value.
Other events
Other events, from knowledge‑sharing forums to strategy sessions, are planned in close partnership with our charities. When new social issues emerge, such as rising food insecurity or changes affecting social mobility, their feedback guides how we respond. This ensures celebrations, workshops and joint projects stay relevant and reflect what’s happening across the sector.
By putting our partners at the centre, we create an inclusive, supportive environment that strengthens skills, increases engagement and ensures our support is timely, practical and led by real need.
Funder Plus
Our Funder Plus approach offers far more than grant giving. We focus on partnerships that provide access to specialist volunteers, mentoring, expert advice and free meeting space - drawing on the strengths and expertise across Quilter.
The Charity Network plays an important role here, bringing charities into a connected, collaborative community. Regular workshops, peer sessions and shared learning help partners support one another, build capability and adapt to new challenges. This collective approach strengthens services and helps charities grow with confidence.
By encouraging innovation, open learning and teamwork, Funder Plus helps organisations test new ideas, learn from one another and respond to complex social issues more effectively. It offers flexible, long‑lasting support that helps charities not only continue their work but expand it, creating stronger, more resilient communities.
