How to get involved as a Quilter employee or adviser

Volunteering is a meaningful way for our colleagues and advisers to support a cause that matters to them. By giving their time and skills, they can make a tangible difference while gaining new experiences, meeting new people and strengthening their connection to their community. It also offers the chance to build confidence and develop skills that are valuable both personally and professionally.

Support from the wider community

Support isn’t limited to Quilter colleagues. Anyone who believes in the Foundation’s work can help by donating via our JustGiving page. Every contribution directly supports programmes that help young people across the UK, giving individuals outside Quilter a simple and meaningful way to make a difference.

Colleagues and advisers: Your support matters

For colleagues and advisers: We encourage colleagues and those who are part of Quilter Financial Planning to look for volunteering opportunities in their local area, whether with charities, schools, sports clubs, community groups or any organisation that benefits the community. It doesn’t need to be a registered charity; what matters is that it makes a positive difference.

Quilter employees are entitled to one paid volunteering day each year. It can be taken as a full day or used in hourly increments, offering the flexibility to support one organisation or spread time across different activities.

If you’d like to volunteer but aren’t sure where to start, or if you’re interested in group volunteering, we’re here to help. Contact thequilterfoundation@quilter.com to register your interest. We can connect you with local organisations, suggest group opportunities and help you find something that fits your skills and interests.
