The Quilter Foundation’s strategy is to establish strong partnership with a number of strategic charity partners, who impact the lives of young people through the following areas:
1. Education
2. Employment
3. Health & wellbeing
We also have a Local Community Fund, which allocates grants every quarter to charities chosen by Quilter colleagues, allowing them to support their local communities.
We believe our strategy of working with strategic partners and the Local Community Fund is the most effective way of making a difference. This means we do not accept direct requests for funding, or grant applications.
