The Quilter Foundation supports the delivery of Quilter’s Responsible Business approach, specifically its commitments to local communities and wider society.
Since its inception in 2018, the Quilter Foundation has made a lasting impact on thousands of people in its local communities and beyond. It has awarded grants totalling more than £3 million to strategic charity partners and local charities reaching almost 58,000 young people. Quilter colleagues and advisers have raised nearly £700,000, inclusive of matching of funding by Quilter.
In 2022, the Quilter Foundation launched its Local Community Fund which has since supported 17 charities with grants of up to £10,000 totalling more than £120,000.
“We are excited to be welcoming Jennifer to the Quilter Foundation team. Her vast experience in the charity sector and passion for the role will be a real asset.
“The Quilter Foundation has achieved many positive outcomes since its inception but there is much more to do, and now more than ever it is vital that we continue to build on this work to provide support to our local communities.”

“I am delighted to join the Quilter Foundation team and I look forward to working closely with our charitable partners and Quilter colleagues to continue the Foundation’s excellent work. The Quilter Foundation has made a substantial difference to our local communities and thousands of young people to date and I am proud to be a part of it.
“Having gained experience across the charity sector in varied roles, I am excited to now lead the Quilter Foundation to build on the significant impact it has already achieved, both at a strategic level and with our local community grants.”
