Tell me about the Quilter virtual work experience programme

The virtual work experience programme will run for one week from:

  • Monday 6th July to Friday 10th July

The content of the programme has been carefully constructed by industry experts to provide you with valuable knowledge in order to pursue a future career in financial services.

While on the programme you can expect to:

  • Gain insights into the various roles that exist within Financial Services, particularly Wealth Management, giving you the chance to talk with real practitioners from over 12 disciplines
  • Receive dedicated training sessions that cover a whole host of topics from ‘Winning your dream job - CV writing / interview technique’, right the way through to ‘Effective Time Management’
  • Receive your own ‘Personality Profiler’ report, virtual classroom teaching sessions and quick tests to check understanding
  • Have the opportunity to work with others on a dedicated project, where the winning team take home £500

Upon completion of the placement, you will receive a Certificate of attendance confirming your participation.

Who should apply?

The Quilter virtual work experience programme is ideally suited to those aged between 17 (including lower sixth) and 22, looking for a career in Financial Services and Wealth Management.

Are there any costs for the work experience programme?

There are no costs for either applying for a place or for being a part of the work experience programme.

The image(s) will remain the property of Quilter and will be used solely for the purpose of promoting our business and our programmes. We request that successful applicants give their consent to the use of their image in our marketing materials and activities by completing the Video and Photography Permissions Form, before the programme starts.

Successful applicants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner throughout the duration of the programme. Attendance at all virtual sessions is compulsory and the issuing of the attendance certificate is dependent on the candidates conduct and attendance record.
