Frequently asked questions
How will I know if my application has been successful?
Once we've received your application, our internal recruitment team will review it. We’ll then let you know by email whether or not you will progress to the next stage.
Will I need to show any documentation during the recruitment journey?
Yes. We will need you to bring proof of your right to work in the UK, proof of National Insurance and proof of address. All this will be outlined in the email we send to confirm your interview.
If I am not successful can I apply again?
This will depend on the role, but if you want to re-apply you will need to wait at least six months from your first submission.
How can I provide feedback on the recruitment experience?
Please send any comments to our internal recruitment team at email@example.com. We aim to respond to emails as soon as possible.
How long will my application take?
We have different online application forms for different roles, so the time it takes may vary. In general it shouldn't take you longer than 10 minutes to complete. Once you have submitted your application, you can check its status by logging in and clicking on the 'Candidate portal log in' link.
If my application is successful, what references will you take up?
As you would expect, we will need to check certain things before you can start. These include verifying your recent employment, address and credit history. We also conduct criminal record checks for all new employees.
Do I have to apply online?
Yes, we only accept job applications through our website. It means we can deal with your application in the most timely, efficient and appropriate way.
Do you accept speculative applications?
Right now, we only accept applications for live vacancies. However, you can register your search criteria with us and receive job alerts when an opportunity comes up.
Do I need to answer all the questions that are part of the application for a job?
The more information you provide on your application, the easier it will be for our managers and recruiters to assess your suitability for the vacancy.
