Employee wellbeing

At Quilter, we want everyone to feel supported, and enhancing the wellbeing of our team is vital to our business. We want to create an environment in which we don’t just succeed - we thrive.

Thrive is a Quilter initiative which promotes the wellbeing of our colleagues, focusing on four key areas:

  • Emotional and mental health and wellbeing
  • Physical wellbeing
  • Financial wellbeing
  • Social wellbeing

Through Thrive, Quilter offers a wide range of resources and tools that help educate and support the wellbeing of colleagues, so they can positively grow and fulfil their potential.

There are over 120 Thrive ambassadors located in our offices, both in the UK and our International businesses. They champion wellbeing and guide colleagues towards what is available to support and enhance their wellbeing.

In July 2018,we also signed the Time to Change Pledge to demonstrate our commitment to changing attitudes and behaviours, whilst removing stigma associated with mental health in the workplace. We’ve since launched activities such as This is Me, where colleagues share their own experiences of mental health and wellbeing. This helps raise awareness and open up conversations to support wellbeing at work.
