Enjoy working for one of Southampton's major employers
Based in the heart of Southampton City Centre (next to Asda), Old Mutual Wealth’s UK Customer Service Centre provides frontline support to financial advisers, our customers and sales teams by both telephone and email. Our high performing Service Centre receives on average 3,000 calls and 270 emails per day. Open from 08:00am through until 7:00pm Monday to Friday, we offer varied hours and working patterns. Our client services administration teams are based in our other building near Southampton Central train station. These teams have oversight of the servicing and processing areas within Client Services and are responsible for all money in and money out transactions across our various books of business in the UK.
