Investment management specialist Quilter highlights three economic events which could slow
the equity market rally during the remainder of 2013.
Quilter, the investment management specialist, has achieved £1.5 billion in funds under
management in self-invested personal pensions business, according to the latest figures
released by the firm.
Quilter's Investment Director Ben Barringer and Investment Manager Nigel Olliff have been
included in the prestigious PAM Top 40 Under 40 roll of honour.

The latest in a series of senior appointments at Quilter Cheviot sees the arrival of Jane
Seymour, formerly group marketing director at Rathbone Brothers Plc. She assumes a similar title at Quilter Cheviot and reports directly to CEO, Martin Baines.

FTSE APCIMS Private Investor Indices Committee, taking over the mantle from Mike Lenhoff, who has recently retired.

Regulatory approval has been granted by the FSA for the merger of Quilter & Co. Ltd and
Cheviot Asset Management Limited under the common ownership of Quilter Cheviot Holdings Ltd.
Following the announcement in November 2012 that the businesses of Quilter & Co. Limited
and Cheviot Asset Management Limited would come together under the common ownership
of Quilter Cheviot Holdings Limited, Quilter is now pleased to confirm that the FSA has
approved the merger and the changes of ownership are now complete.
Quilter’s Birmingham office contributed a significant donation to the “2012 Blues Give a Gift
Campaign”, which enabled a vast array of electrical items including Xboxes, DVD players
and DVDs to be donated to children’s community lounges in hospitals.
Gerry Loughrey, an executive director in Quilter’s Birmingham office, has been appointed as
the Chairman of the Birmingham Stock Exchange Association. He succeeds Paul Cusack the joint CEO of BRI Asset Management, who has been chairman for the past six years.
